The deal
We provide SourcedOS to you; you use it lawfully and on your own data. That's the whole shape of it.
SourcedOS is currently in beta, offered by invitation. By signing in, you accept these terms and our privacy policy, which is part of this agreement and is where all of our promises about your data live.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account, so keeping that account secure is how you keep this one secure. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in. One account per person, and you have to be 16 or older.
Your content is yours
Everything you put into SourcedOS remains yours. Full stop.
Your contacts, notes, decisions, and uploads belong to you. You grant us only the narrow permission required to operate the service for you: storing your data, processing it so SourcedOS can organize and show your information back to you, and backing it up. That permission exists solely to run SourcedOS for you, ends when you delete your account, and never includes selling, sharing, advertising, or training AI models, as the privacy policy states in detail.
Acceptable use
Use it with your own data, lawfully, without harming the service or anyone else.
- Upload only contact data you lawfully possess: your own address book, your own exports.
- Don't use SourcedOS to harass, spam, stalk, or harm anyone.
- Don't probe, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service or access anyone else's data.
- Don't resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
If an account is used to harm people, we can suspend or close it. If we ever do, your deletion rights survive: you can still take your data out and delete it totally.
Beta honesty
SourcedOS is early software. Features will change, sometimes weekly, and occasionally something will break. We'll tell you the truth about what happened when it does. Honest failure messages are a design principle here, not a support policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve SourcedOS. Your ideas remain yours; you're simply giving us permission to use that feedback to make the product better.
Leaving
You can leave any time, take everything with you, and erase every trace.
Deletion is self-serve in Settings and it is total, as described and certified in the privacy policy. These terms end when your account does, except the handful of provisions that by their nature survive (like the liability section below and your ownership of your own content, which never ended in the first place).
Warranties and liability
Beta software is provided as-is; our liability is capped; nothing here removes rights the law won't let us remove.
SourcedOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamSourced Software, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; where that's you, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where TeamSourced Software, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We'd always rather talk than litigate. If you'd like to try resolving something directly first, contact the founder. Failing that, disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us consent to that venue.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email every account before the change takes effect and mark the change plainly at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you don't accept, you can delete your account and data yourself, as always.
